A fine quality bronze depicting a reclining dog, possibly a Borzoi. The dog is exceptionally well modelled. The bronze is in excellent condition with the orignial patina finish. Although signed in the rear, the signature is not identifiable, possibly Eastern European. The piece is large and stylish, with a dramatic presence, circa 1900. Overall size 13"W X 7" H X 5 1/2" Deep.
